InMode Forma and FX in Gangnam, Seoul for Contouring
InMode Forma and FX are radiofrequency treatments: Forma gently heats the skin to improve firmness and texture, while FX combines RF with pulses aimed at small pockets of fat such as under the chin and along the jaw. At The Heal Dermatology Sinsa Main Branch in Gangnam, Seoul, board-certified dermatologists plan InMode treatments individually.

How it works
Forma uses bipolar radiofrequency with temperature monitoring to heat the dermis evenly, stimulating collagen with a warm, massage-like feel. FX uses radiofrequency combined with high-voltage pulses through a small applicator, designed to disrupt fat cells in localised areas. The two are often combined in one visit.
Who it's for
Forma is commonly used for mild laxity, dullness and fine lines. FX is often considered for small areas of fullness such as a double chin or jawline. It is not a substitute for weight loss or surgery.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between InMode Forma and FX?
Forma is a radiofrequency skin treatment focused on firmness and texture. FX adds high-voltage pulses designed to target small fat pockets. Your dermatologist may suggest one or both, depending on whether your concern is skin quality or localised fullness.
How many InMode sessions are needed?
Many people have one to three sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by occasional maintenance. The plan depends on the area, skin thickness, how your skin responds and the goals discussed at consultation.
Is there downtime after InMode?
Most people return to normal activities immediately. Mild redness, warmth or swelling can occur, especially after FX under the chin, and usually resolves within a few days without special care.
