Booking and planning
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your concern, photos and travel dates. We will reply with available times. WhatsApp is our only booking channel.
How many days should I stay in Seoul?
Many treatments need only one visit. If your plan includes treatments with downtime, allow 5–7 days so the dermatologist can check your skin before you fly. See the trip planner.
Can I get treated on the same day as my consultation?
Often yes, if the dermatologist confirms the treatment is suitable and you agree to the written quote.
How much does treatment cost?
Prices depend on the treatment, product, dose and number of sessions, so we give a written quote after consultation. See pricing & payment.
Safety and aftercare
Are the products genuine?
The Heal Dermatology uses genuine products at the full, labelled dose. You may ask to see the product packaging before your procedure.
Can I fly after treatment?
After most non-invasive treatments, yes. Your dermatologist will tell you if any specific waiting time applies to your procedure. Read treatment before a flight.
Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most cosmetic injectables and many lasers are avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Tell your dermatologist so they can advise safe options. See this guide.
What happens if I have a problem after I go home?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos. Our dermatologists will advise you and, if needed, recommend local care with a treatment summary.
