Frequently asked questions

How long does it take from Incheon Airport to The Heal Sinsa?

Approximately 90–110 minutes by AREX and subway via Seoul Station, Line 4 and Line 3. A taxi is roughly 60–90 minutes depending on traffic. Airport limousine buses to Gangnam are another option; check current routes.

Can I have a treatment on the day I arrive?

It is possible for some treatments, but many visitors prefer to rest first. Long flights can leave skin dehydrated, and you may want time to observe any reaction before sightseeing. Discuss timing with your board-certified dermatologist when booking.

How soon before my flight home should I have treatment?

It depends on the treatment. Low-downtime treatments can often be done close to departure, but injectables and treatments with visible downtime are better scheduled several days earlier so you can return for review if needed.
